Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The promoter of tiar-2 is expressed in most, if not all, cells. Expression of GFP fusions could not be detected in germline due to silencing of transgenes in this tissue but previous studies have shown the expression of TIAR-2 in germ granules. Primary Identifier  Expr11901
Subcellular Localization  The gfp::tiar-2 N-terminal fusion gene, driven by its own promoter, displays a diffused fluorescent signal dispersed in both nucleus and cytoplasm.
