| Pattern | We detected a co-localization of the translational reporter of HIC-1 with the SNB-1 protein in cholinergic neurons but not in GABA neurons and in cholinergic synapses but again not in GABAergic synapses. These data suggest that HIC-1 is localized at the presynaptic termini of cholinergic neurons.
