Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Quantifying the cellular fluorescence intensity up to the 350-cell stage, we found that, while the mNG was present in most embryonic cells for the transcriptional reporter, it was absent in 65% of the cells in the translational reporter strains. This suggests that the CEH-20 protein-coding sequence selectively restricts the otherwise ubiquitous mNG expression to specific cells.
