• Pattern: GFP::3xFLAG::CDC-25.3 CDC-25.3 was expressed in early embryos but not oocytes. In wild-type embryos, CDC-25.3 expression is found in the cytoplasm and nuclei, depending on the embryonic and cell-cycle stage. GFP::3xFLAG::CDC- 25.3 is not detected in the distal proliferative zone (pz) or in meiotic germ cells in the adult stage.
