• Pattern: zmp-1::gfp was expressed in vulA, vulD and vulE. The expression in vulD and vulE was present from late L4, whereas the expression in vulA started later in the adult. The smaller enhancer element fragment used in zmp-1::cfp and zmp-1::yfp constructs does not drive expression in the vulD cell when fused to the pes-10 promoter. Whether cfp and yfp markers are expressed in vulD was not tested.
