Primary Identifier  Expr3108 Remark  The failure to detect cortical fluorescence at the periphery of embryos or the zygote may simply be due to the fact that only a single cell cortex is present, rather than the two opposed cortices present at junctions between cells.
Subcellular Localization  For RGS-7, no subcellularly localized fluorescence can be visualized in the zygote, but, at the two-cell stage and later, RGS-7::GFP fluorescence was seen at the cell cortex at the junctions between all cells.
