WS295

Intermine data mining platform for C. elegans and related nematodes

Expression Pattern :

Pattern  0.5 kb fragment of 3' non coding region of the tba-1 tubulin cDNA clone labeled. Low level of transcription of the gene in the embryos, increases during L1-L3 reaching a maximum in L3 larvae. Around the L4 larval molt transcription returns to basal level as in embryos and is maintained at the same level in young adults and gravid adults. Primary Identifier  Expr718
