• Pattern: On northern blots with poly(A)+ RNA isolated from staged wild-type animals, B0025.1 mRNA was detected at all developmental stages; however, strongest expression occurred during embryogenesis until the first larval stage (L1). During the L2 larval stage, B0025.1 expression level was low, but it increased again in L4 larvae and adults.
