• Pattern: Fusions of both the genomic kin-4 and kin-4 isoform a (kin-4a) with GFP (kin-4::gfp and kin-4a::gfp, respectively) were expressed mainly in head and tail neurons and also in intestinal cells. These results were confirmed using transgenic animals expressing kin-4 promoter-driven GFP (kin-4p::gfp).
