• Pattern: We observed GFP expression in somatic cells in six candidates (his-61p, his-64p, hil-4p, rla-0p, rpl-7Ap, and Y37E3.8p) in addition to the germline. Expression in the soma from his-61p, his-64p, and hil-4p was limited compared to the broad expression found using rla-0p, rpl-7Ap, and Y37E3.8p.
