Expression Pattern :

Primary Identifier  Expr14307 Subcellular Localization  Consistent with the localization and function of its human homolog, INTS-6 appeared as a predominantly nuclear protein. Gene expression assessed by GFP detection and by anti-FLAG immunostaining was detected in all cells from embryos to adults. There was, however, a difference between soma and germline expression detected by immunofluorescence: whereas in somatic cells and oocytes INTS-6 was detected in the nucleus, in the embryonic germline it was detected both in the nucleus as well as in cytoplasmic granules.
