Algorithm  An empirical filter of proteins with more than two peptides identified, a P value <0.05 and a greater than two-fold change of differential expression, was applied to the data. The Bonferroni correction was applied to correct the P value for the proteins analyzed. Description  Proteins that showed significantly increased expression in parasites exposed to 20-hydroxyecdysone.
