That is, 71.9% of worms remained at the L1 stage after 24 h, whereas most of the worms in the mock RNAi control reached the L2 stage. Worms treated with hsp-6 RNAi were severely retarded after 72 h: 73.8% of the worms were at the L4 stage, whereas all worms in the mock RNAi control reached the adult stage (Fig. 3)."
