WormBase ID  WBRNAi00092414 Phenotype Remark  tfg-1 RNAi resulted in disrupted plasma membrane localization of the GFP-SNB-1 transgene product in distal gonads. Instead of trafficking to the plasma membrane, GFP-SNB-1 was often found mislocalized to the endoplasmic reticulum suggesting it was trapped their during the protein secretion process.
Remark  (Figure 5c) tfg-1 RNAi. Authors report testing three different dsRNA sequences to knockdown tfg-1 and all produced similar results. One selected for curation.
