Phenotype Remark  Following depletion of SEC-16 by RNAi, RAB-6 accumulated on fewer, large punctate structures in the germline that also harbored RAB-5, indicating that RAB-6 localization was shifted from the Golgi to enlarged early endosomes. Remark  (Table S1) sec-16 RNAi. Authors report testing three different dsRNA sequences to knockdown sec-16 and all produced similar results. One selected for curation.
