WormBase ID  WBRNAi00078906 Phenotype Remark  plc-1(RNAi) worms exhibited defects in spermatheca function. In two of the 14 worms examined, the maturing oocyte failed to enter the spermatheca, and in three of 14 worms fertilized oocytes failed to enter the uterus. Authors state this prolongation of ovulatory contractions is likely due to defects in spermatheca function.
