Phenotype Remark  Authors found that soaking L1 animals for 24h in a dsRNA solution against rho-1 did not significantly perturb primordial germ line organization nor decreased the fluorescence levels of these proteins compared to control L1-stage larvae. The first primordial germ cell division occurred normally; however germ line disorganization was observed when these animals reached adulthood.
