Phenotype Remark  Although RNAi against cyk-1, starting treatment on L1 larvae, results in thin body-wall muscle cells, body immobility in the middle/posterior, and protruding vulvas (Pvl) in young adults. Continued RNAi against cyk-1 in adults results in low penetrance of disruption of body-wall muscle cell contractile lattices. Simultaneous RNAi against inft-1 and/or inft-2 does not affect the penetrance of this late onset phenotype. fhod-1(tm2363) does not affect the penetrance of this late onset phenotype.
