Phenotype Remark  Cardiolipin (CL) content is decreased in crls-1(RNAi) worms. Cardiolipin (CL) is a major membrane phospholipid specifically localized in mitochondria. In addition to this, phosphatidylglycerol (PG) content is increased. PG, which is the precursor of CL, increased 8 fold in crls-1 RNAi worms compared with mock RNAi worms.
