WormBase ID  WBRNAi00078191 Phenotype Remark  In cyp-31A2/A3(RNAi) embryos, dyes diffused through the eggshell: Hoechst 33342 stained the DNA of the polar bodies and the nuclei, and FM 4-64 stained membranes and also some punctuate structures (most probably endosomes). These results demonstrate that the eggshell in cyp- 31A2/A3(RNAi) embryos is permeable.
