WormBase ID  WBRNAi00103068 Phenotype Remark  In F10C2.4 (RNAi) embryos the ceh-13::gfp expression pattern is altered. ceh-13::gfp expressing cells are scattered over the entire embryo and both the number of expressing cells per embryo and the intensity of expression was very variable after RNAi . Authors note that this altered expression pattern was highly reminiscent of mel-47(yt2) mutants. Normally ceh-13 is first expressed at the onset of gastrulation at the 26-cell stage and it is required for embryogenesis.
