WormBase ID  WBRNAi00101896 Phenotype Remark  mig-5 RNAi greatly reduces the dynamic shape change of ABpl. The ventral protrusion as well as the dorsal protrusion connects ABpl to ABar in the clockwise rotation and the anterior filopodia onto ABal are reduced or abolished in some of the mig-5 RNAi embryos. Meanwhile, the global translocation of the four AB cells is somewhat reduced and consequently, the tilt of the midplane is reduced. In some embryos ABar and C fail to contact each other, which in turn leads to a failure of ABar spindle rotation.
