Phenotype Remark  Analysis of time-lapse movies of dorsal embryonic cells during mid-intercalation (150 s, two frames per second [fps]) revealed that epidermal rearrangement is associated with transient HMR-1::GFP protrusions (Figure S3D; Movie S7). Authors observed a higher rate of appearance and disappearance of these protrusions in the migrating dorsal cells of ulp-2(RNAi) embryos compared to WT embryos. Remark  (Figure S3D) ulp-2 RNAi. Exact sequence used for RNAi not stated by authors, Ahringer laboratory clone used for curation.
