RNAi knockdown of cnc-2 in rrf-3(pk1426) C. elegans increases lifespan by 9% in first trial and 13% in second trial compared to rrf-3(pk1426) treated with L4440 control. In microarray, cnc-2 is downregulated in long-lived daf-2(-) in a SKN-1-dependent manner. Remark  (Supplementary Table 4) cnc-2 (WBGene00000556) RNAi. Authors state RNAi clones obtained from the Ahringer and Vidal laboratories, Ahringer clone used for curation. If Ahringer clone not available, Vidal laboratory clone used for curation.
