    Expr10540 Expression of the CDL-1::GFP translational fusion protein was observed in adult germline and embryos. There was a strong enrichment of CDL-1::GFP in the nuclei of developing oocytes.
    Expr1840 Nuclear GFP expression was detected in all cells during embryonic and postembryonic development, with expression appearing strongest in actively dividing cells. This was particularly obvious during postembryonic development, where strong GFP expression was restricted to proliferating cells and cells undergoing endoreduplication.
