Immunofluorescence staining using anti-T7 antibodies specifically detected T7LEV-9 as puncta distributed along the ventral and dorsal nerve cords and in the nerve ring where head muscles are innervated. These puncta were juxtaposed to cholinergic varicosities and co-localized with L-AChR clusters.
