Expression Pattern :

Primary Identifier  Expr4293 Subcellular Localization  In the body-wall muscles, a rather faint but reproducible pattern reminiscent of the sarcomeric pattern of muscle organization was visible. To determine which sarcomere structures were labelled, transgenic worms were incubated with either anti-vinculin antibodies to mark the dense bodies (corresponding to the vertebrate Z line) or anti-myosin A antibodies to mark the M line. Upon superimposing the gfp and antibody images, the gfp labelling was found to be localized in rows which correspond to the dense bodies and to the M line of the body wall muscles.
