Remark  Picture: Fig. S1B. Subcellular Localization  The BET-1::GFP signal exhibited a granular distribution in the nuclei at interphase. During division, BET-1::GFP signals were observed along the metaphase plate, indicating that BET-1 colocalized with the chromosomes at mitosis.
