| Pattern | NEKL-2::mCherry was observed in spheres or puncta near the apical surface of the hypodermis including the hyp7 syncytium. Similar to NEKL-3::GFP, NEKL-2::mCherry was not observed in the seam cells. In contrast to NEKL-3::GFP, NEKL-2::mCherry was not observed in the vulva.
