• Pattern: HSP-25 and HSP-12.1 were localized to the M-lines and dense bodies of the body wall muscles, as previously reported (Ding and Can- dido, 2000a; Meissner et al., 2011). Y55F3BR.6 displayed expression patterns similar to those of HSP-25 and HSP-12.1. Except for the signals leaking from the neighboring body-wall muscle cells, no expression of the three sHSPs was observed in the epidermis.
