• Pattern: We did not detect GFP fluorescence in sydn-1(ju1415) knock-in animals, probably reflecting the low endogenous expression levels of SYDN-1. By immunostaining with FLAG antibody, we detected weak signals in multiple tissues, including oocytes, germ cells, neurons and epidermis.
