Pattern  SAX-1::GFP was widely expressed in embryos and continued to be expressed in larvae in neurons that contribute axons to the nerve ring, hypodermal cells, including lateral seam cells, and muscle, where the SAX-1::GFP tag displayed a punctate localization. Primary Identifier  Expr1070
Remark  The SAX-1::GFP tag rescued the ASJ defects of sax-1(ky211) and sax-1(ky491) mutant animals. Subcellular Localization  The rescuing SAX-1::GFP fusion was present in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells.
