Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Extensive staining was observed in the embryos. L1 - adult: Strong expression in many or most neurons including those in the nerve ring near the head, ventral nerve cord and those near the tail. Expression also detected in body wall muscle nuclei and pharyngeal muscle nuclei. Primary Identifier  Expr731
Remark  Expression pattern of a construct without NLS was similar to previous promoter fusion with NLS except that staining was observed in the ventral nerve cord as well as in cell bodies. This information was extracted from published material (Archana Sharma-Oates, Andrew Mounsey and Ian A. Hope). Subcellular Localization  Expressed in nuclei.
