Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Extensive staining was observed in the embryos. L1 - adult: Strong expression in many or most neurons including those in the nerve ring near the head, ventral nerve cord and those near the tail. Remark  Expression pattern of a construct without NLS was similar to previous promoter fusion with NLS except that staining was observed in the ventral nerve cord as well as in cell bodies.
