• Pattern: TOP-1a protein was localized to the neuronal cells as had been observed in the late embryos and also excretory cells. Although Ptop-1::GFP expression in neuron appears to correlate with the neuronal localization of TOP-1a, GFP and TOP-1a did not overlap exactly.
