Pattern  GFP was found in the pharyngeal muscles, the body wall muscles and in most or all neurons. Primary Identifier  Expr1841
Subcellular Localization  In neurons, GFP was absent from the nucleus and was strong in the soma. In the body muscles, GFP was seen in cytoplasmic membrane structures. Weak fluorescence was also seen in neuronal processes including the ventral cord and nerve ring.
