Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The pattern of the GFP signal indicates that MCE-1 is expressed moderately in parts of the pharynx and the hypodermis and, most prominently, in body wall muscles. The weak striations that can be observed are the result of partial exclusion of the fluorescence from the contractile elements of the muscle.
