Expression Pattern :

Pattern  ntc-1 is expressed in thermosensory AFD neurons, neurosecretory NSM cells, AVK interneurons, the pharyngeal neuron M5, and the mechanosensory DVA neuron. Expression of the ntc-1::gfp transgene was additionally observed along the ventral nerve cord. Occasionally expression was found in two paired head neurons that might be identified as ASG and AIZ (unassigned). Primary Identifier  Expr11368
