Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Expression is seen from mid-larval stages to adult. In larvae, expression is seen in the hypodermal cells. In the body, staining is often weak and diffuse, however in the head and tail a few cells show strong and distinct staining. In the adult, staining of hypodermal cells is seen, with many cells throughout the body occasionally showing expression. Also, the vulval muscles show expression and the hypodermal cells associated with the vulva, possibly vulA and B. Primary Identifier  Expr127
Remark  Other strain-- UL514
