Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The neuroblast stained positive only for GFP. By contrast, costaining of the precursor cell was seen with both anti-beta-galactosidase and anti-GFP antibodies. This costaining was lost around the time when the precursor divides and also was missing in the HSN neuron, which stained only for beta-galactosidase. These observations show that egl-5 is expressed in the HSN/PHB precursor, and then later only in the HSN. Primary Identifier  Expr8261
