• Pattern: GFP expression was first observed in the intestinal cells of the threefold-stage embryo and continued throughout all larval and adult stages. GFP expression was also observed in the hypodermis and in unidentified cells in the head at all larval and adult stages. In transgenic male worms expressing the Pddo-1::GFP construct, no significant difference in expression or localization patterns was apparent compared to hermaphrodites.
