Expression Pattern :

Pattern  SUP-17::GFP is widely expressed from the early embryo through larval development to adults. Cells expressing SUP- 17::GFP include the germline, developing vulva, hypodermis, M lineage cells, and intestinal cells. Primary Identifier  Expr13210
Subcellular Localization  SUP-17::GFP is localized both at the cell surface and in the cytoplasm in small puncta. In the early embryo, cell surface localized SUP-17::GFP is enriched in the basolateral, but not the apical, surfaces.

female genital. vulva   WBbt:0006748
Epidermal layer. hypodermis epidermis WBbt:0005733
cell line which early in development becomes differentiated from the remaining somatic cell line, and alone has the potential to undergo meiosis and form gametes. germ line germline WBbt:0005784
any of 20 large epithelial cells which form a tube and are mostly situated as bilaterally symmetric pairs around the tubular lumen. Each of these cell pairs forms an intestinal ring ( II-IX int rings). The most anterior intestinal ring (int ring I), however, is made of four cells. Intestinal cells contain large nuclei with large nucleoli and numerous autofluorescent granules in their cytoplasm. intestinal cell   WBbt:0005792
A cell that is the M blast cell or is a lineal descendant of M. M lineage cell   WBbt:0008439
