• Pattern: Expressed in adult. Expressed in intestinal muscle, male-specific posterior muscle and hypodermal cells. Cln-3.3::GFP fluorescence in intestinal and male-specific posterior diagonal muscle cells and hypoderm: Embryos present in cln-3.3::GFP transgenic adults, newly laid eggs and transgenic larvae displayed no fluorescent signal, whereas adult transgenic nematodes showed mild fluorescence in the intestinal muscle and in the hypoderm just beneath the cuticle. In addition, male transgenic nematodes displayed fluorescence in male-specific posterior diagonal muscle cells.
