Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Several components comprise this expression pattern. In L2/3 larvae hypodermal staining is seen predominantly in the body with occasional faint expression in the head. In adults, expression is seen in the vulval labia (vulC cells). Staining is usually nuclear localised but diffuse staining is sometimes seen throughout the vulC cells. Staining in the tail is seen from larval to adult stages. A cell (or cells) subventral to the rectum (possibly rectal gland cells) stain. Staining in a number of tail spike hypodermal nuclei is also observed. Primary Identifier  Expr124
Remark  Other strain-- UL583
