Expression Pattern :

Pattern  TRR-1 was present in weakly detectable levels in somatic nuclei of larvae and adults. Among the nuclei expressing TRR-1 were those of P(3N-8).p. TRR-1 was readily detectable in germ nuclei of larvae and adults. Primary Identifier  Expr2921
Subcellular Localization  In whole-mount stainings of wild-type animals, TRR-1 was detected in the nuclei of one-cell and subsequent stage embryos. During the pachytene and diakinesis stages of meiosis I, as observed in syncytial germ nuclei and cellularized oocytes, respectively, TRR-1 was localized to condensed chromosomes. However, TRR-1 was not specifically localized to condensed mitotic chromosomes of early-stage embryos.
