Expression Pattern :

Pattern  The two antisera gave identical patterns, with staining in the nuclei of most, if not all, somatic cells in wild-type embryos. The nuclear distribution was uniform, with staining beginning at about the 20-cell stage and persisting throughout development. There was also nuclear staining (albeit somewhat fainter) in larval and adult cells and germ-line and oocyte nuclei. Antibody specificity was verified by examining null mutant embryos, larvae, and adults (no detectable staining by either antisera). Primary Identifier  Expr972
Subcellular Localization  Expressed in nuclei. staining in the nuclei
