• Pattern: INX-14 and INX-22 are expressed in the germline and colocalize at plaque-like structures, suggesting that they are components of sheath-oocyte gap junctions. Interestingly, we also observed INX-14 and INX-22 throughout the germline, beginning in the L2 stage.
