Expression Pattern :

Pattern  LIN- 29b was first detectable in lateral seam cell nuclei of late L3 worms. Subsequently, in mid-L4 stage animals, it also accumulated, weakly, in the major hypodermal syncytium hyp7. Primary Identifier  Expr15022
Reporter Gene  Since we could not create a LIN-29b-specific tag due to lack of isoform-specific sequence, we used a C-terminal fusion that tags both isoforms and mutated the lin-29a isoform in this background.
