Expression Pattern :

Pattern  mel-11 expressed in most to all hypodermal cells at the 1.5-fold stage. Expression in lateral cells is clearly reduced relative to other hypodermal cells. L4 to young adults express strongly in proximal spermathecae and weakly in many somatic gonad cells such as vulval and sheath cells. Nuclei of seam cells, nuclei of P cells. Some nuclei of hyp7 but not all show expression. Primary Identifier  Expr664
Remark  This information was extracted from published material (Archana Sharma-Oates, Andrew Mounsey and Ian A. Hope). Subcellular Localization  mel-11 is expressed in the nuclei.
