• Pattern: Green fluorescence can be seen brightly in all six coelomocytes under fully fed or dietary restricted conditions alike, confirming the localization of cup-4 to these cells. While we cannot rule out low levels of cup-4 expression in other cells, we did not observe reporter expression anywhere else.
