Remark  No detailed description on cellular expression patterns. Subcellular Localization  Both MTM-6A::GFP and MTM-6AdelFYVE::GFP are largely cytosolic, with some membrane localization. MTM-6A(C335S)::GFP shows a punctate staining pattern and localizes to the plasma membrane and to compartments close to the plasma membrane in coelomocytes. MTM-6A(C335S) FYVE::GFP is mostly cytoplasmic.
